We want factual errors corrected, not defended. This policy explains how to report a problem and how we handle it.
What counts as a correction
A correction may be needed when an article contains a wrong name, date, number, link, operator detail, quotation, legal description, app fact or other statement of fact.
A clarification may be used when the words are technically accurate but could reasonably mislead a reader. A routine update may be used when information was correct at publication but later changed.
How to report an error
Email contact@betpawa.com.pk with the subject line Correction request. Include:
- the page URL;
- the exact passage involved;
- what you believe is wrong;
- the corrected information;
- a reliable source or supporting evidence;
- your relationship to the subject, if relevant.
A demand without evidence may still be reviewed, but it will not automatically result in a change.
Our review process
We compare the request with the article’s original sources and any newer dependable information. We may contact the person who submitted the request, the writer, the platform or another relevant party for clarification.
Commercial pressure, threats to stop advertising, or a request to remove an accurate warning are not valid reasons to alter an article.
How changes are shown
Small spelling, grammar, formatting and broken-link repairs may be made without a formal note when they do not change the meaning.
A meaningful factual correction should be reflected in the article. Where practical, we add a dated note explaining what changed. If an article has been substantially rewritten because the service changed, we may identify it as updated rather than corrected.
Retractions and removals
We may retract or remove material when it is fundamentally unreliable, unlawfully published, dangerously misleading, or impossible to correct without replacing most of the work.
We do not normally remove accurate public-interest information merely because it is inconvenient, ranks in search, or is disliked by the subject.
Disagreements and opinions
A difference of opinion is not automatically a factual error. Reviews may include clearly identified analysis or judgment. We will still correct the facts on which an opinion relies if those facts are wrong.
Safety matters
Reports involving malware, phishing, identity theft, fake payment accounts or dangerous download redirects receive priority for review. Do not attach executable files unless requested.
