Copyright and Takedown Policy

We respect original work and expect others to respect ours. This policy explains how to report material that you believe infringes copyright, misuses a brand or creates a serious risk of impersonation.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, original articles, custom graphics, page layout and site branding are owned by the site owner or used with permission. You may share a link and quote a short passage with clear attribution. You may not republish a complete article, remove attribution, or create a copy that suggests our involvement.

Third-party material

Articles may refer to company names, game titles, logos, screenshots and publicly available product information to identify and discuss the subject. Those rights remain with their owners. Reference to a brand does not mean that the brand endorses this site.

Submitting a notice

Send a copyright or takedown request to contact@betpawa.com.pk and include:

your full name and reliable contact information;
identification of the original work or right involved;
the exact URL of the material on our site;
an explanation of why the use is unauthorised or harmful;
evidence that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner;
the action you are requesting;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Sending a clear request makes a review faster. Broad claims such as “remove everything about our company” may not identify a valid copyright issue.

Review and action

We may remove, replace, restrict or retain material after reviewing the notice, applicable law, permission, public-interest considerations and any relevant right to quotation, reporting, criticism or review.

We may contact the person who supplied the material or request more information. A false or abusive notice may be rejected.

Impersonation and brand confusion

If a page, logo or account falsely claims to represent your organisation, explain the precise source of confusion and provide evidence of your rights. We take genuine impersonation concerns seriously.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the decision was mistaken, email us with the relevant page, evidence of permission or ownership, and a clear explanation. We will review the matter again.
